Subject: Integrated Company Annual Report and Corporate Social Responsibility 2015

Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847 (hereinafter: Company) publishes its Integrated Company Annual Report and Corporate Social Responsibility 2015 (further: Report) which refers to the reporting period from 1st January 2015 until 31st December 2015 and is based on the consolidated Company Annual Report 2015 published on the 15th of March 2016.

Using Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines the Report integrates business reporting and sustainability reporting with the objective to comprehensively present the corporate strategy of Valamar Riviera, business performance, company culture and corporate social responsibility to key stakeholder groups.
