Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: Company) in accordance with provisions of Article 123 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange hereby announces that a Management Board meeting was held on the 26th of April 2016 during which the quarterly financial reports for the first quarter of 2016 have been determined.

The quarterly financial reports for the first quarter of 2016 shall be published in the prescribed terms in accordance with relevant regulations.
