Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: Company) in accordance with provisions of Law on Capital Market (hereinafter: LCM) and in accordance with the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange hereby informs that on the 10th of February 2015 a Management Board meeting was held during which interim, unaudited, consolidated and unconsolidated financial reports of the Company for 2014, including quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2014, were discussed and determined.

Determined Reports will be published within the period prescribed in the relevant legislation.
