Subject: Notification of conclusion of hotel management agreement with the company Imperial Riviera d.d.

Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), LEI: 529900DUWS1DGNEK4C68, Member State: Republic of Croatia, ISIN: HRRIVPRA000, Securities: RIVP (RIVP-R-A), Listing: The Prime Market of Zagrebačka burza d.d. hereby informs that it has concluded an Agreement with respect to the management of hotel-tourist facilities and contents (hotel management agreement,hereinafter: Agreement) with the company Imperial Riviera d.d.,with registered office in Rab,Jurja Barakovića 2, on May 16, 2019.

The Agreement will enter into force and apply upon entry of the merger of HOTELI MAKARSKA d.d., with registered office in Makarska (transferor company) to the company IMPERIAL d.d., with registered office in Rab (transferee company) into the court register when the change of the company name from IMPERIAL d.d. to Imperial Riviera d.d. will also be entered.

Both of these companies previously had concluded a hotel management agreement with Valamar and by carrying out this merger, it is needed to adjust the existing agreements to the new situation.
