Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with Article 124 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and Article 464 of the Capital Market Law hereby informs that:

• 1. ŽELJKO KUKURIN, from Poreč, Grabova 8, Kukci, President of the Management Board of Valamar Riviera d.d., acquired on the date: -May 27th, 2016, 339 regular shares of Valamar Riviera d.d., ticker RIVP-R-A, without nominal value. The shares have been acquired based on decision of the General Assembly from April 27th, 2016 on dividend payment in Company's shares; -May 31st, 2016, 1.856 regular shares of Valamar Riviera d.d., ticker RIVP-R-A, without nominal value. The shares have been acquired based on decision of the Supervisory Board on annual reward and Agreement on transfer of shares from the May 31st, 2016.
• 1. MARKO ČIŽMEK, from Zagreb, Martićeva 70, Member of the Management Board of Valamar Riviera d.d., acquired on the date: -May 27th, 2016, 222 regular shares of Valamar Riviera d.d., ticker RIVP-R-A, without nominal value. The shares have been acquired based on decision of the General Assembly from April 27th, 2016 on dividend payment in Company's shares; -May 31st, 2016, 1.359 regular shares of Valamar Riviera d.d., ticker RIVP-R-A, without nominal value. The shares have been acquired based on decision of the Supervisory Board on annual reward and Agreement on transfer of shares from the May 31st, 2016.

FRANZ LANSCHÜTZER from Vienna, Salmannsdorfer Strasse 16, Vice President of the Supervisory Board of Valamar Riviera d.d., acquired on the May 31st, 2016, 15.462 regular shares of Valamar Riviera d.d., ticker RIVP-R-A, without nominal value. The shares have been acquired based on decision of the Supervisory Board on annual reward for 2015 when he was President of the Management Board and Agreement on transfer of shares from the May 31st, 2016.
