Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules and Article 464 Law on Capital Market notifies that ANNA VENETIA ELTZ from Republic of Austria, Landstrasser Hauptstrasse 93-1A, 1030 Wien – Landstrasse, spouse of Mr. Georg Eltz, Supervisory Board member, has acquired, on 11th of July 2016. on organized market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, 8.964 regular shares of Valamar Riviera d.d., ticker RIVP-R-A, without nominal value with following prices: 6.485 shares for the price of 24,98 HRK per share, and 2.479 shares for the price of 25,00 HRK per share.
