Subject: Notification of agreement concluded with DER Touristik for the year 2018

Pursuant to Article 459 of the Capital Market Act and Article 2 of the Ordinance on disclosure of privileged information that are directly related to the issuer and determine the issuer's justified interests in terms of nondisclosure, Valamar Riviera d.d with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB) 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) hereby notifies that the Company concluded legal transactions for the year 2018 with DER Touristik Deutschland GmbH, Humboldtstrasse 140, DE-51149 Köln, Germany (hereinafter: DER Touristik) related to the provision of hospitality services at the Company's properties of the estimated annual value totaling HRK 70 million.

With this business collaboration with DER Touristik, a prominent tour operator on the European source market, the Company has secured one part of the occupancy at its hotels in the 2018 main season and shoulder season.
