Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, PIN: 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with the provision of Article 120 of the Rules of Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d. and the Regulation on Market Abuse, hereby informs that on the April 15, 2026, based on and in accordance with the Decision of the Management Board and the Decision of the Supervisory Board on the Annual Bonus for 2025, and the Share Transfer Agreement from April 15, 2026, ordinary shares of the Company, marked as RIVP, without nominal amount, were acquired by members of the Management Board and persons discharging managerial responsibilities as follows:
