Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, personal identification number (PIN): 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company), according to Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated April 16, 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC and Commission implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 dated March 10, 2016 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format and template for notification and public disclosure of managers' transactions in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council notifies that on January 8, 2026 has received the notification from Karoline Lanschützer-Künz from Wien, Salmandorferstrasse 16, regarding acquirement of 10,000 shares of the company Valamar Riviera d.d. (marked as RIVP) upon weighted average price of the aggregated transactions of EUR 6.40.

The shares were acquired on January 7, 2026, at organized market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d., Zagreb.
