Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company), according to Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated April 16, 2014 on market abuse (market abuse requlation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC and Commission implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 dated March 10, 2016 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format and template for notification and public disclosure of managers' transactions in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council notifies that on March 11, 2025 has received the notification from Mr. David Poropat from Rovinj, Ulica Gian Rinalda Carlija 3B, PIN (OIB): 13319377621 regarding acquirement of 4,658 shares of the Company Valamar Riviera d.d. (marked as RIVP) upon price of transaction of EUR 5.75 and on March 12, 2025 the notification regarding acquirement of 3,616 shares of Valamar Riviera d.d. (marked as RIVP) upon price of transaction of EUR 5.84.

The shares were acquired on March 11 and 12, 2025 at organized market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d., Zagreb.
