Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company), according to Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated April 16, 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC and Commission implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 dated March 10, 2016 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format and template for notification and public disclosure of managersʹ transactions in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council notifies that on November 29, 2024 has received the notification from Mr. Davor Brenko from Poreč, Bonaci-Bonazzi, Bonaci 24a, PIN (OIB): 78467783282 regarding disposal of 7,237 shares of the company Valamar Riviera d.d. (marked as RIVP) upon price of transaction of EUR 5.24 and disposal of 4,763 shares of Valamar Riviera d.d. (marked as RIVP) upon price of transaction of EUR 5.24.
The shares were disposed on November 28 and 29, 2024 at organized market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d., Zagreb.
