Subject: Notification of agreement concluded with OTP banka Hrvatska and OTP Bank, Nyrt, Hungary

Valamar Riviera d.d with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB) 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) according to Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, hereby announces that the Company concluded an agreement with OTP banka Hrvatska dioničko društvo from Split and OTP Bank Nyrt from Budapest, regarding a club loan for a total amount of EUR 40 million for financing the Company's long-term investments.

The said legal transaction confirms the trust of the investment and financing community in the further development of the Company.
