Subject: Notification of agreement concluded with the Istarska kreditna banka Umag d.d.

Valamar Riviera d.d with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB) 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) according to Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, hereby announces that the Company concluded an agreement with the Istarska kreditna banka Umag d.d. regarding a loan of EUR 10 million for financing the Company's capital investments and permanent working capital.

The said legal transaction confirms the perennial good cooperation and the trust of the investment and financing community in the further development of the Company.
