Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: Company) in accordance with provisions of Law on Capital Market (hereinafter: LCM) and in accordance with the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange hereby informs that Management board member Tihomir Nikolaš has announced his departure from the position of Management Board member of the Company with the 8th of June 2015. Mr. Tihomir Nikolaš will continue his cooperation with the Company in further period of one year consulting on the business projects of the Company.
