We wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration and Compensation Committee (NRC Committee) on August 26, 2025 has approved and granted 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakh) number of options to eligible employees of the Company at a price of Rs. 2/- per option under its Vakrangee Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOP Scheme 2014). These grant of options and the pricing is in accordance with ESOP Scheme 2014 of the Company as amended time to time.
