Sub: Intimation of change in Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company.

Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that, Board of Directors in t heir meeting held today on Friday, September 24, 2021 has, inter alia, considered and approved the following change in the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company:

1) Appointment of Mr. Sachin Khandekar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (CS) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from September 25, 2021 as per provision of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 in place of Mr. Jay Bhansali who shall be relieved from his responsibilities as Company Secretary (CS) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from close of the business hours on September 24, 2021.

The particulars of appointment of Mr. Sachin Khandekar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer as required under of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015 is given in Annexure-I.

Further, please be informed that as per Regulation 30(5) of SEBI LODR, the Board of Directors of the Company has authorized Mr. Dinesh Nandwana, Managing Director & Group CEO and/or Mr. Aj ay Jangid and/or Mr. Sachin Khandekar to determine materiality of an event or in formation and for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s) under this Regulation .
