The LOI pertains to the end-to-end Supply, commissioning, and maintenance of 600 ATMs and UPS including AMC for a period of 5 years, with a contract value of

Rs. 39.38 Crore. The Company has been selected as the L-1 bidder under the terms of the Request for Proposal (RFP) floated by Punjab & Sind Bank. The detailed press release in this regard is enclosed herewith as Annexure I

Further, the details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure II .
