Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Mr. Shiv Narain Kaushik (DIN: 08204746) vide letter dated July 04, 2025, has submitted his resignation as an Independent Director of Vakrangee Limited and also from various committees of the Company with immediate effect due to his engagement in other assignments.

The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A(7B) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 issued in this regard, are given in Annexure – I .

Further, the Company has received confirmation from Mr. Shiv Narain Kaushik that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter dated July 04, 2025, and the same is enclosed herewith as Annexure-II .
