The Company has given an option to the Board members to participate in Board meeting through video conferencing facility if required.

Further we would like to inform you that Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and “Insider Trading – Code of Conduct” of the Company, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) with effect from Wednesday, September 18, 2024 till Thursday, September 26, 2024.
