Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun VII-128.1 sayılı Pay Tebliği'nin 33. maddesi gereğince hazırlanan  "Bedelli Sermaye Artırımından Elde Edilen Fonun Kullanımına İlişkin Denetim Komitesi Raporu" ektedir.

The "Audit Committee Report on the Utilization of the Funds Obtained from the Paid-in Capital Increase" prepared in accordance with Article 33 of the Capital Markets Board's Equity Communiqué No. VII-128.1 is attached hereto.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
