Additional Explanations

At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors dated June 07, 2023;

It has been decided to increase the Registered Capital Ceiling from 1,750,000,000 TL to 5,000,000,000 TL, and an application has been made to the Capital Markets Board for the necessary permission to amend the articles of association.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
