Şirketimiz, 1.750.000.000,-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 1.145.000.000,-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin %50 oranında artırılarak tamamı nakit karşılığı olmak üzere 1.717.500.000,-TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin 13.06.2023 tarihinde başlayan rüçhan hakkı kullandırılması işlemleri 27.06.2023 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır.

Ortaklarımızın yeni pay alma haklarını kullanma süresi içinde kullanılmayan yeni pay alma haklarına karşılık gelen;

B grubu payların toplam nominal değeri 1.055.213,835 TL olup kalan paylar, 04-05 Temmuz 2023 tarihleri arasında 2 iş günü süreyle Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ aracılığıyla Borsa İstanbul AŞ Birincil Piyasada, 1 TL nominal değerdeki beher pay fiyatı 1 TL'den az olmamak üzere Borsa İstanbul AŞ'de Birincil Piyasada oluşacak fiyattan satışa sunulacaktır.

Dolaşımda olmayan ve Borsada işlem görmeyen A grubu imtiyazlı payların toplam nominal değeri 7.974.236,855 TL olup kalan paylar, 04-05 Temmuz 2023 tarihleri arasında 2 iş günü süreyle Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ'nin merkezinin bulunduğu Akat Mah. Ebulula Mardin Cad. N18 Park Maya Sitesi F-2/A Blok Beşiktaş 34335 İstanbul adresinde satışa sunulacaktır.

Dolaşımda olmayan ve Borsada işlem görmeyen A grubu imtiyazlı paylar için talepte bulunmak isteyen yatırımcılar,

www.vakifgyo.com.tr ve www.vakifyatirim.com.tr adreslerinden ulaşacakları talep formunu doldurarak Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ merkezine teslim edeceklerdir. 1 TL nominal değerli A grubu imtiyazlı payın satış fiyatı, B grubu payların Borsa İstanbul AŞ'de Birincil Piyasa'da iki gün boyunca oluşan fiyatların ağırlıklı ortalaması alınarak hesaplanacaktır. Bu nedenle A grubu imtiyazlı payın satış fiyatı, 2. gün saat 13:30'da hesaplanarak

Our company, within the registered capital ceiling of 1,750,000,000,-TL, has started to exercise the priority right on 13.06.2023 regarding the increase of its issued capital from 1.145.000.000,-TL by 50% to 1.717.500.000,-TL, all in cash. It was completed on 27.06.2023.

Corresponding to the new share purchase rights of our partners not used within the period of exercising their new share purchase rights;

The total nominal value of Group B shares is 1,055,213,835 TL and the remaining shares are paid for 2 business days between 04-05 July 2023 through Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler A. It will be offered for sale at Borsa İstanbul AŞ at the price to be formed in the Primary Market.

The total nominal value of Group A privileged shares, which are not in circulation and are not traded in the Stock Exchange, is 7,974,236,855 TL and the remaining shares are transferred to Akat Mah., where Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. Ebulula Mardin Cad. N18 Park Maya Sitesi F-2/A Blok Beşiktaş 34335 Istanbul address.

Investors who want to make a request for Group A privileged shares that are not in circulation and are not traded on the Exchange,

The selling price of Group A privileged shares with a nominal value of 1 TL will be calculated by taking the weighted average of the prices of Group B shares in the Primary Market of Borsa İstanbul AŞ for two days. Therefore, the selling price of Group A privileged shares is calculated at 13:30 on the 2nd day.
