Regarding the increase of its issued capital from 1.145.000.000, -TL by 50% to 1.717.500.000, -TL, all in cash equivalent, within the registered capital ceiling of 1.750.000.000, -TL;

Remaining after the exercise of our shareholders' right to purchase new shares; Group B shares with a nominal value of 1.055.213,835 TL for 2 business days between 04-05 July 2023 through Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, the price of each share with a nominal value of 1 TL, not less than 1 TL, in Borsa İstanbul AŞ at the price formed in the Primary Market. As a result of the sale, all of the related shares were sold, and the weighted average price in these transactions was realized as TL 3.03 per share with a nominal value of TL 1.

As a result of the sale of Group A privileged shares with a nominal value of 7,974,236,855 TL, which are not in circulation and not traded in the Stock Exchange, for 2 business days between 04-05 July 2023 at Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. It was sold to T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O., which sent a single request at a price of 3.03 TL per head.
