Şirketimiz portföyünde yer alan, İstanbul İli, Maltepe İlçesi, Başıbüyük Mahallesi, 15646 ada 44 numaralı parsel üzerinde yer alan Tablo Adalar  Projesi'ne ait 2024 yıl sonu değerleme raporu ektedir.

Please find attached the 2024 year-end valuation report of Tablo Adalar Project, which is included in our Company's portfolio, located on parcel numbered 15646, block 44, Başıbüyük Neighborhood, Maltepe District, Istanbul Province.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
