Şirketimiz İstanbul ili, Kadıköy İlçesi Merdivenköy Mahallesi 3412 ada 3 parselde kayıtlı arsa üzerinde yatırım amaçlı portföye dahil edilen Medyan Kadıköy Projesi bünyesindeki 2.729 m² brüt satış alanlı 26 adet konut nitelikli bağımsız  bölüm 2025 yıl sonu değerleme raporu ekte iletilmiştir.

Our company has included the Medyan Kadıköy Project, located on a plot of land registered at 3412 block, parcel 3, Merdivenköy Neighborhood, Kadıköy District, Istanbul Province, in its investment portfolio. The 2025 year-end valuation report for the 26 residential units with a gross sales area of 2,729 m² is attached.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
