Şirketimiz İstanbul İli Ümraniye İlçesi, Finanskent Mahallesi 3328 Ada 12 Parselde kayıtlı iskanı alınmış kat mülkiyetine geçişi tamamlanmış  projede 35.686 M² brüt satış alanlı 36 adet ofis ve 2.210 M² brüt satış alanlı 12 adet dükkan nitelikli bağımsız bölümlerin satış ve kira değeri 2025 yıl sonu değerleme raporu ektedir.

Our company is located in Finanskent Neighborhood, Finanskent Neighborhood, Plot 3328, Parcel 12, with completed conversion to condominium ownership. The sales and rental value of 36 office units with a gross sales area of 35,686 m² and 12 retail units with a gross sales area of 2,210 m² is included in the 2025 year-end valuation report attached.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
