Şirketimiz portföyünde yer alan, İzmir, Konak İlçesi, Mersinli Mahallesi, 8601 Ada 2 Parselde kayıtlı arsa üzerinde inşa edilecek İzmir Konak Karma Projesine ilişkin 2023 yıl sonu değerleme raporu ektedir.

The valuation report for the Izmir Konak Mixed Project to be built on the land registered on Block 8601, Parcel 2, Mersinli Neighborhood, Konak District, Izmir, which is included in our Company's portfolio, is attached.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
