Mülkiyeti şirketimize  ait olan İstanbul İli, Sancaktepe İlçesi, Samandıra Mahallesi eski 100 parselin ifraz, tevhid ve yoldan ihdas işlemleri sonrası 8741 Ada, 13 Parsel 13.720,22 m² yüzölçümlü "Arsa" nitelikli taşınmazın değerleme raporu ektedir.

Attached is the valuation report of the "Land" qualified immovable property with Block 8741, Plot 13, with a surface area of 13,720.22 m², after the subdivision, unification and road creation of the old 100 parcels in Istanbul Province, Sancaktepe District, Samandıra District, the property of which belongs to our Company.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
