Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu kararına göre; portföyümüzde yer alan gayrimenkullerin performansını değerlendirmek ve geleceğe yönelik stratejik kararlar almak amacıyla, sonuçları 2024 yılı 2. Çeyrek dönemine ait finansal raporda görülecek şekilde tüm gayrimenkul portföyümüze değerleme yapılmasına karar verilmiştir.

According to the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company; in order to evaluate the performance of the properties in our portfolio and to make strategic decisions for the future, it has been decided to make a valuation of our entire real estate portfolio, the results of which will be seen in the financial report for the 2nd quarter of 2024.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
