Şirketimizin 12 Haziran 2024 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda, 2024 yılı hesap dönemi için Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik AŞ (E&Y)'nin bağımsız denetim şirketi olarak seçilmesi hususu onaylanmıştır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company dated June 12, 2024, the selection of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik AŞ (E&Y) as the independent audit company for the fiscal year 2024 was approved.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail
