İstanbul İli, Sancaktepe İlçesi, Samandıra Mahallesi, 6770 Ada 2 Parsel Arsada yer alan VSancaktepe Merkez projemize ilişkin, 2024 ilk yarıyıl dönemi değerleme raporu ektedir.

Please find attached the valuation report for the first half of 2024 for our VSancaktepe Merkez project located in Istanbul Province, Sancaktepe District, Samandıra Neighborhood, Block 6770, Parcel 2.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
