İstanbul ili, Ümraniye İlçesi, Finanskent Mahallesi,3328 ada 12  numaralı parsel üzerinde yer alan T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. Genel Müdürlük Hizmet Binası ve Tesisleri Projesi B Blok kira değerinin belirlenmesi için hazırlanan 2024 yılı değerleme raporu ektedir.

The valuation report for the year 2024 prepared for the determination of the rental value of Block B of T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. Head Office Service Building and Facilities Project located on the parcel numbered 3328, block 12, Finanskent Neighbourhood, Ümraniye District, Istanbul Province is attached.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail
