Ankara İli, Çankaya İlçesi, Çukurambar Mahallesi,  16125 Ada 4 Parsel ve 16124 Ada 5 Parsel üzerinde Karma Projede yer alan 19 adet dükkan ve 47 adet  ofisin (Kira Değeri) değerleme raporu ekte iletilmiştir.

The valuation report of 19 shops and 47 offices (Rental Value) located in the Mixed Project on Block 16125, Parcel 4 and Block 16124, Parcel 5 in Çukurambar Neighborhood, Çankaya District, Ankara Province is attached.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail
