Şirketimiz 1 Temmuz 2024 Kamu Aydınlatma Platformunda yayınlanan Cubes Ankara 2024 yarıyıl değerleme raporunda yer alan ve sehven farklı versiyon yüklenmesinden kaynaklı kira değerleri, rapordan çıkarılarak revize edilmiştir. İlgili revize, konu taşınmazın toplam satış hasılat değerine yönelik değişiklik meydana getirmemiştir. 28 Haziran 2024 tarihli güncel değerleme raporu ekte yer almaktadır.

The rental values included in the Cubes Ankara 2024 semi-annual valuation report published on our Company's Public Disclosure Platform on July 1, 2024, which were inadvertently uploaded in a different version, have been revised by removing them from the report. The relevant revision has not caused any change in the total sales revenue value of the subject immovable. June 28, 2024 dated updated valuation report is attached.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
