Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu, II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği Madde 4.2.8 uyarınca; Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu Üyelerinin görevleri esnasındaki kusurları ile şirkette sebep olacakları zarar, şirket sermayesinin %25'ini aşan bir bedelle sigorta edilmiştir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

Pursuant to Article 4.2.8 of the Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1 of the Capital Markets Board; the damages that the members of the Board of Directors of our Company may cause to the company due to their faults during their duties have been insured for an amount exceeding 25% of the company capital.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
