Mülkiyeti şirketimize ait olan İstanbul İli, Sancaktepe İlçesi, Samandıra Mahallesi 8741 Ada, 13 Parsel 13.720,22 m² yüzölçümlü "Arsa" nitelikli taşınmazın 2024 yıl sonu değerleme raporu ektedir.

The 2024 year-end valuation report of the immovable property of "Land" with an area of 13.720,22 m² in Istanbul Province, Sancaktepe District, Samandıra Neighborhood, Block 8741, Parcel 13, is attached.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
