İstanbul İli, Sancaktepe İlçesi, Samandıra Mahallesi, 6770 Ada 2 Parsel Arsada yer alan projemize ilişkin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklıklarına İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği Madde 22 (d) uyarınca hazırlatılan değerleme raporu ektedir.

The appraisal report prepared in accordance with Article 22 (d) of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Trusts Regarding for which is in our company's portfolio the plot of land in Istanbul Province, Sancaktepe District, Samandıra District, 6770 Block, 2 Parcel, is attached.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
