Şirketimiz mülkiyetinde bulunan İstanbul İli, Sancaktepe İlçesi, Samandıra Mahallesi, 6770 ada, 2 parselde kayıtlı arsa üzerinde geliştirilen "Sancaktepe Karma Projesi" için gerçekleştirilen Ana Yüklenici İhalesi sonucunda, 1.715.000.000,00 TL ile en uygun teklifi veren Cevahir Yapı Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret AŞ  ile 04 Aralık 2023 tarihinde sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

As a result of the Main Contractor Tender held for the "Sancaktepe Mixed Project" developed on the land registered on block 6770, parcel 2, Samandıra Neighborhood, Sancaktepe District, Samandıra District, Istanbul Province, which is owned by our Company, a contract was signed on December 04, 2023 with Cevahir Yapı Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret AŞ, which submitted the most suitable bid with TL 1.715.000.000,00.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
