Within the registered capital ceiling of 5.000.000.000,-TL, the increase of our Company's capital from 2.950.000.000,-TL to 3.450.000.000,-TL has been completed, and Article 7 titled ‘Capital and Shares' of the Articles of Association of the Company showing the new capital has been registered and announced by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 23 September 2024. The current Articles of Association containing the latest amendments are attached hereto.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail

Şirketimiz 5.000.000.000,-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 2.950.000.000,-TL olan sermayesinin, 3.450.000.000,-TL'ye çıkarılması işlemleri tamamlanmış olup, yeni sermayeyi gösteren Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin "Sermaye ve Paylar" başlıklı 7. Maddesi, İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 23 Eylül 2024 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir. Son değişiklikleri içeren güncel esas sözleşme ekte yer almaktadır.
