The process of increasing the capital of our company from 1,717,500,000 TL to 2,950,000,000 TL within the registered capital ceiling of 5,000,000,000 TL has been completed. Article 7 of the Company's Articles of Association indicating the new capital was registered and announced by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 02 October 2023. The current articles of association containing the latest amendments are attached.

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail

Şirketimiz 5.000.000.000,-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 1.717.500.000,-TL olan sermayesinin, 2.950.000.000,-TL'ye çıkarılması işlemleri tamamlanmış olup, yeni sermayeyi gösteren Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin 7. maddesi İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 02 Ekim 2023 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir. Son değişiklikleri içeren güncel esas sözleşme ekte yer almaktadır.
