Additional Explanations

Based on the authorisation given to the Board of Directors of our Company at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 09 August 2023, it has been decided to update the profit distribution table as attached. Accordingly, the "Dividend Amount to be Distributed in the form of Shares" calculated according to the new capital remained the same as TL 788,106,823, and the Dividend Rate to be Distributed in the form of Shares was updated as 45.8869%.
