İstanbul İli, Maltepe İlçesi, Küçükyalı Mahallesi, 16772 Ada 1 Parsel üzerinde yer alan  Nidapark Küçükyalı projesi bünyesindeki B10 ofis  bloklarındaki 12 adet Bağımsız Bölüm nitelikli taşınmazın 2023 yıl sonu değerleme raporu ekte paylaşılmıştır.

The 2023 year-end valuation report of 12 Independent Section qualified immovable in B10 office blocks within the Nidapark Küçükyalı project located on Block 16772, Parcel 1, Küçükyalı Neighborhood, Maltepe District, Istanbul Province is attached.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
