Şirketimiz İstanbul İli, Maltepe İlçesi, Küçükyalı Mahallesi 16772 ada 1  parsel üzerinde yer alan Nidapark Küçükyalı projesinin B10 ofis  bloklarındaki 12 adet Bağımsız Bölüm nitelikli taşınmazın 2024 İlk Yarıyıl Değereme Raporu ektedir.

Please find attached the Valuation Report for the First Half of 2024 for the 12 Independent Units in the B10 office blocks of the Nidapark Küçükyalı project located on block 16772, parcel 1 of Küçükyalı Mahallesi, Maltepe District, Istanbul Province.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail.
