Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday, 28[th] January, 2025 has granted 60,507 Stock Options (ESOPs) convertible into 60,507 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each under VGL ESOP Plan – 2021 to the eligible employee of the Company and its subsidiaries.
