Subject: Intimation for 39[th] Annual General Meeting, Book Closure and Fixing of Cut-off date for E- voting and period of Remote E-voting
We would like to inform you that the 39[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 26[th ] September 2024 at 05:00 P.M through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means ("VC/OAVM") only.
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 20[th] September 2024 to Thursday, 26[th ] September 2024 (both days inclusive) for Annual General Meeting.
The Company has fixed Thursday , 19[th] September 2024 as the "CUT-OFF DATE" for determining the eligibility of the members to vote by remote e-voting or e-voting at the Annual General Meeting.
The Company has fixed Thursday, 19[th] September 2024 as the "RECORD DATE" for determining the Members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2023-24. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or after 1[st] October 2024
The Company would be availing remote e-voting services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) prior to and during the AGM. The remote e-voting period commences on Monday, 23[rd] September 2024 (9.00 A.M) and ends on Wednesday, 25[th] September 2024 (05:00 PM)
