Sub: Intimation of change in KMP position of the Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Sandeep Agrawal has resigned from the position as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, due to personal reasons and other career plans. He will continue to render his services till the closing working hours on 31.05.2021.

We would like to express my appreciation to Mr. Sandeep Agrawal, for his contributions to the company during his tenure and wish him well in his endeavours.

We are happy to inform you that Mr. Skandaprasad Seetharaman has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and Mr. Arulmozhi, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel - India Cluster, w.e.f. 1[st] June 2021.
