Sub Intimation of Board Meeting to be held on 23rd June, 2021

Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of V2 Retail Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 23rd June, 2021, through Video Conferencing/other Audio Visual means to, inter alia, consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

In this regard, please refer to the earlier Company intimation dated 31st March, 2021, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI IProhibition oflnsider Tradingl Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, is closed since lst April, 2021onwards. The Trading Window shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the aforesaid Board Meeting i.e. upto Friday, 25th June, 2021 (both days inclusive).

The notice of the said Board Meeting will also be uploaded on the Company's website i.e. www.v2retail.com.
