• 2 In compliance with the MCA circulars, the Annual Report for the financia] year 2020-2]. comprising the Notice of the AGM and financial statements for the flnatlcial year 2020-21, along vx'ith Directors' Report, Auditors' Report and other documents required to be attached thereto. will be sent to all such members of the Company whose emai] addresses are registered with the Company/ Depository Participant.

• 3 The Company has fixed Tuesday, 21st September. 2021 as the "Cut-off Date" for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of tile AGM or ta attend the AGM.

• 4 Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 anti Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday 22nd September, 2021 to Tuesday 28th September, 202 I (botl} days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. '
