POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2021

This announcement is made by Hi-Level Technology Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ GEM Listing Rules ”) and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the GEM Listing Rules) of Part XIVA of the Securities and Future Ordinance (Chapter 571, Laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors of the Company (the “ Board ”) wishes to inform shareholders of the Company and potential investors that, based on the information currently available to the Company, it expected that the consolidated profit attributable to owners of the Company for the six months period ended 30 June 2021 will be not less than HK$30,000,000 representing an increase of not less than 130% as compared to the consolidated profit attributable to owners of the Company for the six months period ended 30 June 2020. Such increase is mainly attributable to, as compared to the same recorded during the six months period ended 30 June 2020, the significant increase in the Group’s revenue during the six months period ended 30 June 2021.

The Company is in the process of finalizing the interim results of the Group for the six months period ended 30 June 2021. The information contained in this announcement represents only a preliminary assessment by the Company of the unaudited consolidated management account of the Group for the six months period ended 30 June 2021 and the information currently available to the Company, which have not been audited or reviewed by the Company’s auditor and/or audit committee of the Company and may therefore be subject to changes. Shareholders of the Company and potential investors should read the Group’s interim results announcement for the six months period ended 30 June 2021 carefully, which is expected to be published in early of August 2021.
