On March 16, 2012, VF Corporation (“VF”) announced that Candace S. Cummings, Vice President – Administration, General Counsel and Secretary of VF, has informed VF that she will retire from VF effective April 30, 2012, after more than 17 years of service. A copy of VF’s press release of the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference.
